Kids Jiu Jitsu - Building Confidence, Focus & Real Skills
Our youth program blends self-defense, physical education, and character development through movement, drills, games, and positive reinforcement. Using elements of yoga, calisthenics, and skill-based games, kids improve:

Our goal is simple: to help every child grow into their best self through the art of Jiu Jitsu, while having a blast doing it.
Little Buddies (Ages 4-6)
Designed for our youngest students, this class introduces Jiu Jitsu in a fun, structured, high-energy environment that nurtures early development.
Little Buddies focuses on:
Listening and following directions
Balance, motor skills, and coordination
Introductory self-defense movements
Confidence-building through teamwork and play
Learning through games, movement, and repetition
A strong first step into martial arts that leaves them smiling and excited for more.
Youth Jiu Jitsu (Ages 4-14)
This full-age program meets kids where they are, with progressive skill-building, real self-defense training, fitness, and personal growth.
Students develop:
Practical self-defense techniques
Physical fitness and body awareness
Resilience, discipline & emotional confidence
Social skills, leadership, and teamwork
A healthy outlet for stress and energy
