BJJ Boot Camp — 8 Week Beginner Program
Start Jiu Jitsu the right way in a focused, supportive, semi-private training environment.
Our BJJ Boot Camp is a beginner-only, 8-week course held once a week, designed for anyone stepping on the mat for the first time.
Class Schedule
Wednesdays → 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Throughout the 8 sessions, you’ll learn:
• Foundational positions and techniques
• Practical, real-world self-defense
• Essential movement, balance & control
• Live sparring drills at your pace
This program gives new students the attention and structure they need to build confidence and skill without feeling lost in a large group setting. It’s an investment not just in your fitness, but in your mental resilience, focus, and overall well-being.
Course Includes ($300 total):
• 8 coached training sessions
• Trained instructor guidance

Fundamentals Class - Beginner to Intermediate
Our Fundamentals Class is built for students new to Jiu Jitsu and grappling through early intermediate levels.
It delivers a structured approach to the core movements, positions, and techniques that every practitioner relies on.
Each class combines technical instruction and purposeful conditioning, helping students improve:
Strength • Endurance • Mobility • Coordination • Body Awareness
As you progress, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of:
• Foundational Jiu Jitsu and grappling concepts
• Practical self-defense applications
• Efficient movement and control in key positions
This class is ideal for anyone looking to build or sharpen their basics with a clear, supportive path to consistent improvement and long-term growth.
Intermediate to Advanced Class
Open to all students, this class focuses on expanding your game through progressive technique development, strategic concepts, and live training.
Each session begins with a systematic breakdown of two high-level techniques or sequences, followed by 30 minutes of guided sparring (rolling) to apply what you’ve learned in real time.

• Timing and adaptability in live situations
• Advanced problem-solving and situational awareness
• Confidence under pressure
